ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.
(in TEWSOKAI'H.—OWN COURESPONDKNT) . Tiiamks, Last Night. On Saturday afternoon the police arrested a nian ramed Joshua Lyes on a charge of attempted suicide. It is alleged that he attempted to cut his throat, and injuries were apparent, hut they were not considered serious by Dr. Callan. Lyes appeared before the Court to-day, ami was remanded till Thursday next.
