TOKAT ATROCITIES.
Constantinople, March '25. IWk Porto promises to take prompt incisures to punish the perpetrators of the atrocities at Tokat. A special Court is to be constituted to enquire into the massacres. The Embassies have warned tho Poite that neglect'to punish tho offenders will briug serious results. The Governor of Adana, another town in Asiatic Turkey, has boon dismissed. March 2G. Tho Governor of one of the Divisions of Tokat and the commanders of the police and gendarmes after being dismissed from their posts were arrested. London, March 25. The Standard states that Tokat was selected for the massacre pursuant to the policy of crushing the xYruienians in populous centres.
