AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURAL AND PASTORAL ASSOCIATION.

(B 1 telegraph.—OWN correspondent). Auckland, Last Night. At the general meeting of the Auckland Provincial Agricultural and Pastoral Association, held in the Government Insurance Buildings this afternoon, Mr John Phillips gave notice of his intention to move " That Rule 100 be so altered as to pro/ide for an executive of twelve members in place of seven ; and also that the past Presidents of the Association be ex officio members of the Executive Committee." Arrangements were made for the forthcoming annual meeting, and some discussion ensued as to the future show ground of the Association, their lease of the present grouud having expired. The question will come up for consideration at the annual meetiug, which is to be held next Friday.
