—*— Berlin, December 15. The Berlin Post confirms tho report that Menelek has ceded a naval coaling station to Russia, between Obok and Erythrea. The paper states that Russia intends to secure a footing in Somaliland to assist in opposition to English designs in Africa. London, December IT. The Aden correspondent of tho Times states that the Russian cruiser Zaporobetz has annexed a square mile of the coast at Rehita and removed all signs of the Italian protection.
