Madrid, December 11. The Cubans assert that Ma:eo was massacred while conferring with Marquis Ahumada. Reports received here s'.ate that the United States permitted 64 filibustering parties to organise and land in Cuba, otherwise the rebellion would have been ended. The insurgents accuse General Maceo's doctors of treach?ry, and declare that of the whole of his part) there was only one who escaped.
