Mil BALFOUR, speaking at Sheffield, said lie did not fear and did not envy the growth of German industries, as he felt sure they would ultimately prove helpful to British commercial prosperity. Let Great Britain learn a lesson from this, and there was no doubt she would hold the supremacy in the commerce of the world.
