RHODESIA.
Londox, November 10. Mr Cecil Rhodes intends to visit England again. The Daily Telegraph correspondent at Buluwayo wires that the presence of a body of two thousand natives is causing anxiety, and an outbreak is feared. Hussars patrol the suburbs, and prospectors outside the town have been warned. Mr Thompson, the rinderpest inspector, predicts that not 1 per cent, of cattle in Cape Colony will be. saved.
