MADAGASCAR.
Pakis, October 31. Genekal GaIITEXI. the new French Administrator of Madagascar, has ordered thn execution of the Hova Minister of the Interior fi*r complicity in the recent rebellion, and also the uncle of the queen of the Hovas. The General declined to visit the Queen on the grounds that he thought it was her duty to call on him. The Premier of the Kovas resigned, and no successor has been appointed.
