ROYAL WEDDING
Kome, October 24. The civil marriage of the Prince of Noplcs and the Princess Heleue was celebrated in the Qnirir.al. The Abbot and Pissicollo officiated at the Church of St Mary. The utmost enthusiasm was shown, nud King Humbert has granted an amnesty to many prisoners in honour of his son's marriage. The reported dowry of the Czar to the Princess is denied.
