He estimated the cost at I'll). -The Hoard decided to have specifications prepared, and call for tenders tor the work. Willows. The Foreman reported lint the bank below the road near Mis Kdtnond's was giadually falling in, and the slips were encroaching on the road. He hail planted willows in order to protect the road.—The Clerk etiled attention to the large number of slips on the Cambridge Road at the Tamahcro Gully. —The Foreman was instructed to plant the place thickly with willows to prevent further slipping. Tkndkks.—The following tenders were received for carting clay ou the River Mosul from Air Pater-son's faun to Ngaruawahia :—Messrs Parker and Wallace, !)d ; Mr 11. Wake, fid ; Mr F. W.
