MiMitchell, who is young, married, and has three children, will be prepared to sail soon, bat I an not prepared to-diiy to give the exact date or the name of his ship. That will be sent shortly. You will Hud Mr Mitchell physically n strong man. He is said by the Minister in Glasgow, with whom he has licen working for some time, to be " a splendid man," with any anion it of go in him. The convener, Dv. Dun", has hoard him pleach and has given the Committee his favourable testimony in that and oilier respects regarding Mr Mitchell. I hope this appointment may encourage you, and be a means of much spiritual good to your :olony. With a'l good wish :s."
