BOTTLES OF MILK DEARER, BUT NOT HERE

Head office of Capital Dairy Products recently announced that the price of a bottle of milk in the Rangitikei and Waimarino would rise by five cents from yesterday. However, the increase will have absolutely no effect on Waimarino milk consumers as milk in bottles is no longer available. Local milkman John Trigell said the announcement showed how much the company head office new of what was going on around their area. Milk in 300 ml cartons will rise from 36 cents to 40 cents, but one litre cartons and two litre plastic bottles and cream will not rise in price.
