SKINNY SKIFIELD MAP

Another piece of Ruapehu gossip is also about Turoa. A recent visitor pointed out to Gossip that the trail map for Turoa, on display at a service station in the Tongariro area, is several years out of date. The map shows just two chairlifts and one T bar and a couple of rope tows. Missing was the Jumbo (about four years old), the Movenpick (a couple of years old), the Moro Race T Bar plus an extra Wintergarden platter lift. All representing more than a few dollars of investment!

After plugging in the set and switching on to watch some sets they found that the set just showed snow. Investigation into the set-up showed that some one had set off with the TV aerial previously set up on the bank roof. So the bank set saw no sets of Belinda's tennis.
