Power board manager retires
The King Country Electric Power Board's General Manager, Mr Neville Sanders, retires at the end of April after 42 and a half years with the Board of which 23 years have been spent as General Manager. The Board has appointed Mr PJ. (Peter) Till to fill the position of General Manager. Mr Till is currently Chief Engineer of the Egmont Electric Power Board and has extensive experience in the electricity distribution industry. Mr Till and his wife, Adrienne, have a family of five. They both have musical and repertory interests. Mr Till has been involved with soccer administration and coaching. He is expected to commence his duties with the Board in midApril.
