Ohakune bowls
The Ohakune Women's Bowling club held a tournament on January 5 which was sponsored by Rothman's. The tournament was most successful and was played in beautiful weather. There were entries from Taihape,
Raetihi, Wanganui, Otaki, Owhango and Palmerston North. The winning team was V. Brown, B. Benton, S. Beer. Runners up: R. Brown, P. TeKarn, N. Hays. The Ohakune Bowling club thanks Rothman's for their sponsorship.
