Garden letter upsets

At the recent Waiouru Community Advisory Committee Waiouru Social Worker Kathy Frater passed on the concern of a number of Waiouru residents who recently received letters regarding the state of their sections. The people were concerned that the (standard) letters were not addressed, that

they did not specify the nature of the complaint, and that the letters were offensive, particularly in regard to the 'disciplinary action' threats. The Chairman of the committee, Col Bestic, agreed the concerns were valid and that he would look into the matter. See Mailbag.
