SEWER MORE EXPENSIVE
Rangataua's sewerage scheme will cost an extra $25,000 plus GST, the price of the extra service laterals to sections. The consultants for the scheme only allowed for laterals to existing houses but the scheme has been extended to provide laterals for all properties. Estimates now put the final cost at $346,000 plus GST.
