PANDA TRAIN TRIP

Six hundred children and adults will be going to the zoo soon to see the giant pandas during their stay at Auckland Zoo. Turoa Skifields staff are taking bookings for the trip, planned for Saturday December 8, to the zoo. They need community support for the trip to take place, 600 passengers are needed before the trip can take place. The train leaves Ohakune at 6.00am and returns at 10.30pm and costs $38 for adults and $25 for children. Those prices include train fare, bus transfer to the zoo and entry into the zoo. Parents are advised that children need to be supervised on the trip. For more information ring Turoa, 58456 or call into the Turoa Information Office.
