MORE CEMETERY ROSES
Planting roses throughout the Raetihi Cemetery and possibly at all the Waimarino's cemeterys was suggested at a recent Waimarino works meeting. Mayor Garrick Workman brought up the topic for discussion because, he said, a lot of people had told him they thought the recent plantings in part of the cemetery "looked nice and where appropriate". The committee decided to investigate the possibility and discuss it further.
