More bungiing

The New Sensations Supply Company are giving people a final chance to try the thrill of bungi jumping. The Ohakune company, specialising in alternative sports held the event in September, with nearly 500 people jumping of the Hapuawhenua Viaduct, near Ohakune. Organiser Chris Allum

and A. J. Hackett said the sport had proved so popular they had decided to run another session this Labour weekend. The Kiwi Lager Ski Express train will be bringing many people keen to try the human yo-yo experience. Those wanting to jump need to register at the company and pay $50 for each jump.
