NEW SCHEME TO ATTRACT MEMBERS TO ROTARY

Service Director of the Waimarino Rotary, Bill Peaeh, is working to attract more numbers to the Club. Rotarians are to be encouraged to bring along a guest to each meeling, who would then be free to join should the club appeal to them. Mr Peach said membership numbers are down at present which means the club is not achieving anywhere near its potential in service to the community and is also missing out on sharing its fellowship with other organisations.
