Such things as transport, accommodation, catering, day trips for wives and families, collation of entries for the various national competitions, and the last-night social function all have to be attended to. Local branch members are very enthusiastic about putting on a good show and making the conference one to remember for those attending. Because of the costs involved sponsors are being sought to help with printing, gifts, conference folders etc. Branch president Malcolm Gillece and conference organiser Graeme Brebner appeal to any local businesses to help out in any way possible.
