MAN INJURED BY BITING

A 33-year-old Ohakune man was seriously assaulted outside the Ohakune Hotel in Clyde Street, on Saturday night. The man was bitten by his assailant several times on the face and received wounds to his nose and eyes. Police enquiries into the matter are continuing.
