Turoa Tumblers
Turoa Tumblers Shaun McLean and Warwick Hays were two of a three man Grade five team representing Wanganui Manawatu at the North Islands Gymnastic Championship in Chase Stadium, Auckland on August 7. Their team came second and Warwick Hays did extremely well tc finish second on the pommels.
Carry Hubbard came seventh in the Junioi Elite competition These three gymnasts travel to Christchurcf on August 28 to compete in the Senior National Champions. Last weekend, Mand> Pearson blitzed her opponents in girls grade six competition t c come out a clear winnei at the Inter Club held in Ohakune. She has been selected to represent W.anganui/Manawatu in Rotorua on October 8 at the Junior Nationals.
