Enthuisatic netball play
Last weekend the Under 18 Waimarino netball team and primary representative team travelled to Wanganui for Skelsey Cup day. While the girls didn't record any wins they played with enthusiasm, and should benefit from the playing experience. Representing the Primary team were Kath-
leen Raharuhi, Teresa Rodgers, Kylie Legge, Renee Reuben, Bridie Cleary, Pikimai MareiKura, Samantha Condon, Theresa Munn, Sasha Brown, Roberta Williams. Members of the Under 18 team are Sherilyn Condon, Awhina Edwards, Coral Rahi, Celine Rahi, Anne Collecut, Cheryl Hinana, Tracey Paul, Kelly Wilson, Leesa Kingi,
Polyann Condon, Colleen Allen. Surprise wins Surprise results were the order of the day on Saturday when Checkers beat Karioi, and Ramblers beat second seeded Ruapehu. Results College 1 40, Karioi 11; Raetihi 41, Postbank 12; Ramblers 27, Ruapehu 26; Checkers 19, Karioi 18; College 1 35, College 2 9; Ruapehu 41, College 3 22. Draw for next week: 10am Raetihi Primary 3 v Ohakune Primary 2 (Umpire Checkers); Nat Paric Primary v Raetihi Primary 1 (College 1); Postbank v Ramblers (Karioi); College 2 v Raetihi (Ruapehu). 10.50am Raetihi Primary 2 v Ohakune Primary 1 (Postbank); College 2 v Ruapehu (D.
