AMOUR SEEKING SWANS FOUND NEAR WAIOURU

After last week's news story about Ducks Unlimited's hunt for two mute swans lost from a Lakes Road property, Bulletin staff member Pam Greenwood and husband John spotted them. Pam and John were driving from Waiouru to Ohakune when * they noticed the swans in a farmers creek, just a few hundred metres from the main road. Ducks Unlimited want to return the two male swans to their horne dam in time to pair them up with females from the South Island. Seems the chaps will get their good time after all!
