We're award winners! Elated staff of the Waimarino Bulletin pose with the certificate presented to the newspaper in Christchurch recently. The award is for second place in the display advertising section of the annual Better Newspapers Contest among the country's 80 community and suburban newspapers. In announcing the award, the judges said the entry would have won first place if it had not been for the special-interest skiing market. The entry was the pre-season edition of Ruapehu 88.
