College 2 v Checkers
College 2 went ont.o the court with only five players against Checkers who took advantage of the depleted ranks and took an early lead. Annette Schrier worked well on defence to make a number of interceptions and Wendy Young shot well for Checkers. By the time College 2 worked out how they could come
back time was upon them.
