Raetihi v College 1
A fine spirited display of netball was shown in the match between College 1 and Raetihi on Saturday. Raetihi started the match strongly and moved ahead to a n early lead. College came back and midway through the first half were even pegging. Some hesitant passing by College on attack and good defence by
Raetihi gave them the lead over College at half time. College quickened the pace of the game in the second spell and with more speed and accuracy including some fine saves from College defence gave College an early second half lead which Raetihi were never able to answer to. It was a good clean game - a credit to both teams.
