'YES PLEASE' FOR CLOCK

Ohakune wants the clock if offered by the King Country Electric Power Board. At last week's meeting of the full District Council it was agreed the town is interested in the clock if town planning regulations can be sorted out. Electricorp is hoping to install docks in small towns around the country. There would be adveitising space available under the four faced rotating docks. The King Country Electric Power Board will only be given one clock and is looking at either Turangi or Ohakune as sites.
