Tired aching feet comes with the territory when you're in the Army. Standing all day, walking, running and ramping miles takes Is toll. This week we feature nother of Nature's emedies for sore, cold md wet extremeties. For aching feet, thoroughly rub in a Imixture of three tableIsDOons of sesame oil
with four drops of oil of clove, which is not expensive and really does relieve your feet. Lemon juice also helps. For tired feet, try a few drops of lavender oil in a tepid foot bath. To warm up cold or wet feet, add a pinch of mustard in a bowl of hot water and soak for around 10 minutes - it really works! Next week: The power of parsley.
