Henry Lewis Haitana, 28, unemployed o f Raetihi appeared in the Ohakune District Court May 24 on a charge of trespassing to which he had earlicr pleaded not guilty. His counsel told the court that there had been some confusion between counsel and defendant over the plcas for the trespass and other charges and that he now wanted to change his plea t o guilty.
