Trespass plea change
Henry Lewis Haitana, 28, unemployed o f Raetihi appeared in the Ohakune District Court May 24 on a charge of trespassing to which he had earlicr pleaded not guilty. His counsel told the court that there had been some confusion between counsel and defendant over the plcas for the trespass and other charges and that he now wanted to change his plea t o guilty. The trespass occurred at the Raetihi Hotel on March 31 1988, defendant having previously been warned by the proprietor to stay off the premises. He was convicted and remanded till June 10 for sentencing. Coun-
