Soccer girls vs boys
On Saturday the college 1st eleven girls soccer team played the boys second eleven. It was the first game of the season for both teams. Half time saw the boys 2-0 ahead. A goal to the girls in the first minute of the second half however put them right back in the game.
The goal seemed to give the boys the urgency they needed going on to score six further goals before the final whistle. Final score 8-1 to boys. Goal scores: Craig Maru (2), Peter Samson (2), Steven McDougall (1), Geoffrey Pitts (2), Sean Drink water (1).
