WEATHER
Situation: Until Friday 22 - Cyclone Dovi has now lost much of its intensity and has moved away to east of the Chatham Islands and is no longer an influence on NZ. A broad ridge of high pressure extends across the South Tasman sea onto the South Island and a strong westerly airstream persists to the south of the country. Weak troughs within this flow should affect eastern coasts during Monday and Wednesday. Forecast: Fine weather with light or moderate southerlies.
