Waimarino came out victors for the day winning by 33.1 to 32.4 stableford points. Sunday March 27 Turangi golfers came to the Waimarino for their annual visit to compete for the Interclub Trophy. Individual winners for the day were: Ladies 1st A. Law 43, G. Fraser 39, B. Yates 37, E. Goldfinch 34. Senior Men 1st K.
Summerhays 40, T. George 40, P. Goldfinch 38, E. Gilbert 37. Junior Men T. Fredrick 44, B. Asher 41, T. Donghi 39, R. Parson 39. Twos were scored by K. Summerhays, D. Rihia, Josie Kaua, G. Harvey, A. Morgan, E. Gilbert, T. Fredrick. The senior birdsnest was won by K. Summerhays and the junior by T. Fredrick.
