Turoa pool aces Ant and Little Joe were thrashed at the Ohakune Club tables on Saturday night, by two complete and utter novices, Jude and Dellyn. "They were beside themselves, they couldn't believe some of the shots we were getting away with," said Dellyn. The Turoa team were beaten two games in a row to the delight and amazement of an increasing number of spectators. To be fair to the chaps Jude is actually not a complete and utter novice, but Dellyn is. It has been suggested that next time Little Joe ». opens his eyes while playing his shots.
