SLOW COURSE RESPONSE

The Waimarino's first commercial defensive driving course is getting off to a slow start. Codrse instructor Graham Deadman, of Taumarunui, says there has been a good deal of interest but only one firm registration. People should hurry to secure places on the course. There will be a limit of 10 persons on the course to be held from 9am to 6pm at the Ohakune Primary ScJjool staffroom on Sunday March 27. The course is ideal for teenagers but drivers taking part must have held their licence for a minimum of six monoths. The course follows a set format. Mr Deadman is a licensed instructor. Inquiries can be made to Pam Greenwood at the Bulletin office, phone (0658) 58-532.
