Borough bin liners

Blue plastic liners in the Borough's rubbish bins will be used for a two month trial period to test their effectiveness and affordability, it was decided at the Borough's recent, meeting. The concept was put forward by Councillor Ben Goddard, to alleviate the odorous "bog" that accumulates in the bottom of bins which in turn attracts wasps and flys.
