Results of play at the Waimarino Golf Club, Sunday 13 September. Five clubs competed for the Cascade Cup this year. This year the local Waimarino team won and the cup was presented to the youngest and best player of the day, Nathan Donghi, by Waiouru Golf Club's Garry Haughey. Sponsors for the event were Skiers Inn and Ritz Tearooms. Twos were scored by R. Pearson and S. Hammond. Robin Pearson scored 43 stableford points, Nathan Donghi 42, B.
