RAETIHI BQRQUGH CQUNQIt OWNER OCCUPIER RETIREMENT UNITS The Raetihi Borough Council is investigating the need or otherwise for Owner Occupier Housing within the Borough. The site selected for this form of housing is at the Old Croquet Green, 52 Queen Street, Raetihi. Should the project proceed this Council would initially erect three or four units and it is anticipated that the cost of each unit would be in the range of $45,000 to $60,000. The units envisaged would be two bedroomed with an open plan living - dining - kitchen area, with separate bathroom and laundry facilities and a lock up garage.
