Badminton news
The Waiouru Badminton Club is at present organising the annual Doreen Carter Memorial handicap tournament, which will be " held in the Taihape Town Hall on Saturday 25 July commencing at 9.30am. Events for the players are, ladies singles, mens singles, and mixed doubles with a plate for each event. Sponsorship has been received frorri the AGI, the Oasis Hotel, Waiouru Pharmacy, the Vegebarn and the Waiouru Energy Centre. Entries are being received until 23 July.
