Several multi-coloured bush shirts were removed from Seddon Street Mart in Raetihi in a break-in on Tuesday evening. Todd's Tasty Takeaways in the same building was broken into on the same night. A microwave oven and a stereo cassette player were stolen. ********* Ohakune Police warn residents to be aware of recent incidents of night prowlers in and around the Ohakune area. Residents are advised to lock up their homes, ghrages and cars overnight to deter would-be thieves. ********* Last Monday, Ohakune Police arrested a 36 year old Papakura man for failing to appear in the Papakura District Court on a charge of driving while disqualified. He subsequently appeared in the Wanganui District Court and has been remanded in custody to appear in the Wellington District Court.
