A show designed to 'keep the customer satisfied' is to be put on at the Ohakune Hotel this Saturday night. T.C. Charles, a New Zealand born singer described as a dynamic and exciting performer, will perform in styles from rock and roll to the soft love songs and ballads of entertainers past. T.C. Charles is an experienced performer who made his debut as an entertainer as drummer for a band in Taumarunui in 1974. He has toured England, Germany, Singapore,

Australia and Hawaii as an entertainer in high demhnd. T.C. was in the New Zealand Army from 1973 to 1980. Gospel music is T.C.'s most favoured style. His mother, a church keyboard player, encouraged him in his music. Much of T.C.'s finesse is attributed by him to an old friend, the late Ray Witika, who is known to many people of Ohakune.
