Silver wedding anniversary
Hira and Nancy Parata were married 25 years ago today. They have lived in their Raetihi home for 1 8 of those years and have developed the business, Waimarino Draglines Civil Ltd. The couple met and married in Taupo, where Nancy
was born. She was a singer in a band in which Hira played many instruments. They performed all over the country with the group. Hira and Nancy have three sons, three daughters and one grandchild. They will be having a family celebration this Saturday 15 February.
