Draglines construction
Waimarino Draglines (Civil) Ltd., based in Raetihi, have recently finished a large project at Waiouru Military Camp. Manager of the firm, Hera Parata, said the $200,000 project involved paving, street works, drainage and landscaping along the unsealed section of Powles Avenue. The road, which is next to the helicopter pads* will eventually be the main access to the camp, and effectively develops the camp area south.
