Permission granted
Don and Sue Allomes have been granted permission to provide accommodation for up to twelve guests at their property at Piwari Street, Rangataua. At their recent meeting Waimarino County Council confirmed the result of a recent town planning hearing granting Mr and Mrs Allomes a specific departure to accommodate up to twelve people. The permission was granted subject to Health Department requirements being met, and providing ample off-road parking is made available and that access remains from Piwari Street and not from the main highway. The approval also allows a recreation area in the property to be used for the treatment of physiotherapy patients.
