Waimarino Squash Club played host to three visiting teams on the weekend, Palmerston North, Parkview and Waiouru, all of whom are involved in the Central Districts' S.R.A. men's division four competition. On Saturday, Parkview defeated Waimarino 3-2 while Waiouru accounted for Palmerston North 4-1. Palmerston North suffered loss on Sunday, this time against Waimarino, 5-0. Earlier in the week, the Waimarino team travelled. to Wanganui where they defeated Tararua 3-2. On the same night, Waiouru division eight men's team beat Waimarino 4-1.
