King Country area trial
The first of three area trials, the aim of which is to pick a team for the New Zealand Pony Club Championships at Christchurch in May, was held last Sunday 19 January at Mr and Mrs Roske's farm. Results of the trials were: —
Senior Section: 1st Nadine Taylor, 2nd Tanya Tomkin, 3rd Koa Tomkin. Junior Section: 1st Cynthia Taylor, 2nd Tonya Shield, 3rd Warren Shield. Novice Section: 1st Frazer Wilson, 2nd Jill Martin, 3rd Maria Fredrickson, 4th Nicky Tobay. The next trial will be held in March.
