Bowls

Fourteen teams are competing in the Twilight Bowls match which is being held at the Ohakune Bowling Clut every Monday evening for the next several weeks. Each week the team with the highest score receives a token prize and then, at the end of the six week tournament, the overall winning team receives a trophy. Last week's winner was Ohakune Court Motel. This coming Wednesday 23 January, the Pluck Cup challenge will be held in Ohakune against Rapanui. The Ohakune team are hoping to hold on to the title for the third time in succession.
