JAYCEES ELECT NEW PRESIDENT

Ruapehu Jaycees held their annual Awards Dinner on Saturday 1 December at the home of Mr and Mrs Whatarangi Murphy-Peehi at Karioi. T wenty-four members and their wives attended the dinner. Special guest was district governor Jon Cook from Palmerston North. Mr Whatarangi MurphyPeehi, the 1984 president inducted next year's president elect Mr Neil Black and wished him well during his term of office. Awards were presented to Colin Allerby, Allan Proude, Greg Dillon, Mike Punch, Neil Green and Neil Black.
